Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TattvaLens products, services, websites, and APIs provided by Tattvora Intelligence Platform ("TattvaLens", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Service Access & Read-Only Principles

TattvaLens provides agentless cloud architecture assessment and continuous telemetry intelligence. By connecting your cloud environment, you grant TattvaLens read-only access strictly for metadata discovery, topology mapping, security posture evaluation, and cost optimization calculations. TattvaLens will never modify infrastructure state without explicit, user-initiated action.

2. Customer Data & Security

You retain all rights, title, and interest in your infrastructure metadata and scan configurations. TattvaLens processes cloud configuration data in accordance with our strict data protection protocols, employing AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We do not inspect, retain, or store underlying application payload data.

3. Design Partner & Beta Programs

Participation in early access, beta programs, or the Founding Design Partner program is subject to specific trial terms and SLAs established during onboarding. We reserve the right to modify or enhance beta capabilities based on telemetry feedback and partner collaboration.

4. Limitation of Liability

TattvaLens provides audit findings and remediation recommendations on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our correlation engine operates with mathematical precision to prevent false alarms, teams remain responsible for validating Terraform plans and CLI changes prior to executing remediations in production environments.
